Herberts Mexican Restaraunt is located off of highway I-35 in San Marcos. This restaraunt is one of San Marcos' best kept secrets. The food there is well cooked and delicious. It is not an average Texas Mexican restaraunt. It is truely the taste of Mexico. The restaraunt is not that expensive and is kind of hidden, hints the secret of it all.
